Why
A♦8♣4♠ is an ace-high board that nominally favors the preflop raiser, so when the BB donk-leads into the BTN their range is capped and full of weak pairs and air. K♠Q♠ is two overcards with a backdoor spade and backdoor straight — essentially air now, but with excellent blockers to the BB's value. In position, raising attacks that capped lead as a bluff: hero's line credibly reps Ax, folds out 8x/4x and floats, and the overcards plus backdoors give equity when called.
Key idea
Capped donk-leads on ace-high boards are prime targets for an in-position bluff-raise with overcards and backdoors.
Common mistake
Folding overcards with backdoors to a weak donk-lead instead of attacking the capped range.
